You will be billed for missed sessions unless you contact me 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment. If the appointment is on a Monday, it needs to be canceled no later than 5 p.m. on Friday. I understand that late cancellations and missed appointments can occur for many reasons, but the impact goes beyond economics. It also means I’ve missed an opportunity to assist another client during that same time. I will offer you a half-price “makeup session” if you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice but reschedule an appointment within the same Monday-Friday week. The same half-price session policy applies to missed or no-show sessions that are rescheduled within the same Monday-Friday week.
